Tattered Taters

Mom has been after me for weeks to try out this Potato Bag. She bought two of them from a craft fair or something up north and told me to take it apart and make a pattern so that we can make some and give them as gifts. She swears they make the best baked potatoes ever. I dillydallied with it because it just didn't seem like a "pretty" project.

I threw it together in my own cattywompus way and dadgum if the thing doesn't make the best baked potatoes I've ever, ever tried! Hrumph... mom's right again!

I noticed there are a few on ebay for $1.75!! If you'd like to make your own, I added the super simple pattern to our free patterns HERE.

  9. Hi Polly,
I've never heard of this, wanted to make sure it wasn't a joke (yes, I'm quite tired) so I read it twice. It's very cute. And now, I'd like a baked potato, boy does that sound good for a mom who didn't have time for dinner this evening. I'm going to look into the bag - thanks for the pattern!
