Thank you for all your wonderful, sweet comments! Hugs, hugs, hugs.#12 - Robin at Knitting Peace
And now I must get pedaling toward the next 600! Wanna Race?
It's my 600th post! Geeesshhh... That's a lot of gabbing!! We've been through some amazing things over the last two years, haven't we?! Roses and thorns together in the same thicket. Our lives are always a mix of the sweet and the sad but ladies, you have been sweet friends! We've grown together. Sometimes blossoming. Sometimes wilting. We've prayed together, laughed together, even been junking together.
And so to celebrate this Beautiful Life, let's have a giveaway. No rules. Just sign up on this post. The winner can choose from a free 6 month membership to French Cupboard for those of you that have an online boutique or a $60 shopping spree at the French Cupboard boutique of your choice! The winner will be selected by the random blessing generator on Friday, May 1st!
And Decor to Adore is having a giveaway for her 200th post too. When you've signed up here, hop over there!
I haven't the slightest idea how I came across this but what a fun bit of information.
A little bird told me a vintage Marshall Field's recipe.
Welcome to Friday Flea Market! And welcome to our three new sellers!! You can see a list of all the sellers here.

P.S. To celebrate my birthday, I'm giving one of you the Heart & Threads shown above. Heart - because I heart you! Threads - because God has woven our lives together! Just sign up on this post! If you don't have a blog, leave me your email address and that will do just as well. Winner will be chosen tomorrow afternoon (Saturday) by our own Random Blessing Generator (you can use it too - anytime you wish). By the way, the heart tag actually says "family" on one side and is blank on the other side.
10) Flea Markets, tag sales, generous hearts and things that smell pretty... What's this list about?)
After years of diligently searching, I finally found it! I was nearly quivering as we drove up to the tents.
Too bad I didn't get there on Friday - I'll bet it was loaded!
I didn't actually buy much, butI took lots of photos! So now we have four new groups of free banners...
Sparkly and
I'm certain that when we get to Garage Sale Heaven, God will have WAY more treasures waiting for us than second day leftovers! Store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
Have you had a chance to leaf through the June/July issue of Home Companion yet? I was noticing all the different fabric designer's advertisements. Got me wondering how many of them offered free projects and patterns (afterall, we have to keep our free patterns stash fresh!) so I put on my Super-Duper-Sluther's hat and did some investigation. Take a look:
This is one that I especially like. Moda has a fabric/project matcher that allows you to design clothing, quilts, accessories or home items online choosing any of the Moda fabrics and various patterns.

Windham has free stuff too! Patterns for aprons, pillows, quilts, etc.
Hiya Doll Face! Happy Monday.
The windows are open this morning and neighbor Bob's Golden Oldies are floating in with the breeze. The kids are out back with the bunny, waiting for grandma to stop over and see "Jumpy". I love it when God starts the day out sweet.
Speaking of sweet, look what has arrived! I've added a pack of the sweetest professionally printed postcards to our Gifting Site for the first one that wants them.
May all your neighbors play music for you today!
Thanks for being such good pals over the last week & a half =) It's still going to be stressful for a few more weeks and then an Oh-So-Sweet-Summer-Break!! I gave my brain a rest from the situation over the weekend and worked on something fun. It's been churning in with all my other hairbrained ideas for a while now.
Go Take a Look... What do you think? Have I lost it for certain??
This was so precious, I just have to share it... Yesterday we attended a wedding. The bride and groom did something so unique... They washed each others feet. Beautifully symbolic of their willingness to serve each other. Don't you wish you could live out your marriage, your working relationships, your friendships with both parties being a servant?! Isn't that amazingly lovely?!
A huge Thank You for all your marvelous comments yesterday!! Did you read through any of them? You should take a moment to open the comment section under the Oprah clip. Tell me this isn't gathering together!! (tags: antique paperie)
