Christmas at the Chick Barn

(Holiday Lace Banners)
The Blessing Farmhouse is bursting at the seams!
We are getting ready for all the holiday barn sales coming up in the next few weeks.  This weekend we will be at the Kane County Flea Market in the Poultry Bldg (aka: The Chick Barn).  We are loading up our space with handmade holiday gifts and Mr. Blessing will have a new stock of vintage furniture pieces!  I'll try to post some photos over the next couple of days of some of the things that you can expect to see this weekend.  Here are few...

( A sweet variety of handmade tags)

(Simply Beautiful Lace Accessories for you and/or your home.  Inspired entirely by my fav designer, Magnolia Pearl.  The beauty is in the simplicity and versitility)

(Gloves with built-in ruffly cuffs - love these!)

(Gift Toppers / Tree Trim)

(As requested, Ruffle Leg Warmers in cream & black)

And to top it all off, we get to be next to Traci and Mark.  They will have an amazing Christmas display.
Please come by and visit us as we kick off the Christmas season in the "The Chick Barn".

  11. Simply beautiful craftsmanship.

Nice blog work. I came across your blog while “blog surfing” using the Next Blog button on the Nav Bar located at the top of my blogger.com site. I frequently just travel around looking for other blogs which exist on the Internet, and the various, creative ways in which people express themselves. Thanks for sharing.

    1. Hi Barb. I made it by covering a styrofoam ball with paper scraps. Cut the ball in half. Then you kinda have to pinch the scraps and hot glue them to the top of the ball. I put crisscrossed burlap ribbon underneath and glued the flat portion of the ball to them so it could be tied to the top of a gift.
