WHATNOT - miscellaneous rarity, something unusual -- perhaps worthy of collecting
We hit a flea market on Sunday afternoon and I found a few of these large old Mason jars ~ Perfect for Whatnots!

  7. I love canning jars & use them for a lot of crafting things as well as in the kitchen. Blue/green are the best!

  8. I agree, honey, perfect whatnot jars. I have several around to hold nails, screws, picture hangers, etc. If I've got to have them around anyway, why not have them in gorgeous containers. I paint the lids pink and decoupage flowers on them. Works quite well actually.
