We spent some time yesterday at my parents house. I can hardly be there without finding new (old) things that fascinate me. Mom can hunt & gather old treasures like nobody's business.
And when you're in the business of hunting & gathering treasures, I've learned somethings from her...
God provides junk!
Just when we need something chippy, faded or rusty to fill a gap at the shop, He provides. I'm learning to depend on Him even for the junk!
Absolutely LOVE the Shirley Temple doll, Polly!

AMEN!
ReplyDeleteGod gives good things no doubt about it. And if junk is what we want, he smiles down and provides:>) Except it isn't really "junk" to us.
ReplyDeleteHi, I love your blog and I have an award for you at my blog!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness! I thought I was the only one praying over junk! I pray to be guided, to be efficient so that I have more time to do HIS work. Thank you for sharing that!
ReplyDeleteBlessings always!
