How a Father Gives

That one phrase stuck with me yesterday...
"He lives to take away my shame"

  1. That was so beautiful. I could barely see the last half of it through my tears.
I adore that song, have the Nicole C Mullen CD and used to love to use it when I announced on Christian radio.
It is one of those songs that the first time you hear it, you know it is going to be special.
I love it where Nicole sings, " I know that I know that I know."
Have said that many times after loss or rejection and sometimes that is all we can say. I KNOW HE LIVES.
    Thanks.

  2. Thank you SO MUCH Polly for sharing that...I'd have likely not seen it otherwise...and I am so very touched and moved to tears....

He loves us so very much...and He indeed lives to take away our shame! Why we (I) continue to ever wear any shame is baffling when you think about it...after all He's done to remove it with such grace and power...may we all live shame-free...we owe Him that...

    Hugs and Blessings,
    Becky S.
