Friday Flea Market

Guess what I found?! Last week the old Underwood was sending me secret messages: Take me home... Take me home. It's so rare to find them anymore, I HAD to comply. I only had time to get four bracelets done for today but they're on the website if you'd like to take a peek.
These signs are part of the Flea Market items this week too.

Don't forget to check out all the free items on the gifting site. We had a couple new people to join this week so there are new items!

Yesterdays unfamiliar pleasure: I gave in and acknowledged that I can't do all the work in this huge ol' farmhouse (ok, I never thought I could do it all, but now the work is actually going to get done regularly). So I used DLTK's form to customize a "fun" chore chart. They have lots of different styles to choose from and you can get them free here. - -The kids have always had chores but thinking through what needs to be done in what order and which kids can do their jobs in the same room without bickering with one another, is definitely going to make my Summer easier.

  1. Just wanted to pop in and say thanks for the white milk pitcher that I purchased from the Friday Flea Market last week. It came yesterday and I love it! There's actually a picture of it on my blog today along with a mention of your Friday Flea Market.
    Thanks!!!

  2. Dear Polly,
I forgot to tell you, Thank You, for my new rose blog banner! It looks so awesome, I need to put a little thing with your link on the side...still getting the hang of this blog stuff!
The chore charts really work well, I used to do one when all three boys were home and not holding down full time jobs! We just made a contract with Tyler(the one out of a job!) and now he has to do things to help out around here too! It's good for them to help, I got lazy and just wasn't following through with making them, didn't want to fight them to help me. It would be so wonderful, in a perfect world, if they just did it without our asking them to. :)
    Have a lovely weekend!
