Revealing

It's time to reveal...

The winner of the Pumpkin Book drawing!!

Miss City Farmer!!! Please send me an email (countingyourblessings@gmail.com) and let me know your shipping address. I'm going to be out of town for the weekend but I'll send it out first thing Monday. Congratulations!! (by the way, that old tin man mask is on ebay if anyone is interested in it.)

I'm off to Galena for the weekend. I'll try to do a remote post from the hotel (I've really got the blog-bug bad, haven't I?!). I shall miss you... but not as much as I'd miss the essential article of clothing that cute doggie is running away with! Let's hope there are no cute doggies lying in wait for me... (Aside note: If you can believe it, my mom was worried that I posted yesterday's picture of her because she felt it was too revealing. Needless to say, she's a bit more conservative now than she was 30 years ago.)

  2. Polly, I hope you enjoy your weekend getaway! Tell your Mom not to worry, I only wish I could be that uninhibited:)

BTW As I was shopping yesterday I came upon the pumpkin book! I bought it and am savoring each page. Miss City Farmer is a lucky girl indeed.

  3. Sorry I removed the first post. I was afraid I had gotten a bit too gushy and "revealing" myself. I can be such a silly sometimes.

  12. Have a wonderful time! Oh, your mom is funny. She was a dish! If the photo is 30 years old, she should have no worries and show them off! How fun!

Don't let the doggies steal your undergarments!! xxo

  13. You have the gift of writing, dear Polly! Loved your love story a few blogs back and am wishing you an unforgettable weekend in Galena ~ my hubby and I stayed in an old Victorian B&B there in April and it was fantabulous!! Try not to spend too much in all the darling little shops!
