While I'm recuperating, I thought I'd show you some photos from our buying trip up in Door County. We accidentally happened upon this amazing warehouse-style shop.
They had piles and piles of vintage metal pieces. I heart this crucifix a whole bunch but it was more than slightly out of my price range.
Rows and rows of stained glass windows
French house numbers
Vintage couture
And a mermaid to keep watch over it all.
Oh, and you have to see this sweet thing that was in one of our neighbors yards...
A darling old childs bicycle merry-go-round. I want one - even though my kids would break it in 5 minutes flat.
I'm taking it slow for a few days yet. Thank you for your prayers and sweet words.
If you're waiting on an order, we should have everything shipped out by Monday. I apologize for the wait and thank you ever so much for your patience.

It looks like a great place to visit, though probably out of my price range too.
ReplyDeleteHope you feel better soon, I have just gotten over something similar, it seems to take a while to recover!
